Group Training

At Boss Barbell Club we are not just a gym. We are a family. A family that loves to train together. Under the watchful eye of Dan Green and other coaches we work 5 nights a week to get bigger, stronger and better. If you need a spot, someone to help you fix your form or even a program to take you to the next level the group training is for you.

The Magical White Board: Our members have the privledge to be able to run Dan Greens strength program, The Boss Barbell Strength Method. A method which our members use to push them to the next level of powerlifting. Dan has it ready for the group training sessions by the time 6 30 rolls around.

Group training hours are every day from 6:30pm to 8:30pm except for Thursdays and Saturdays.
